Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 September 2026
This policy explains what information San Antonio Plumber Pros ("we", "us") collects through sanantonioplumberpros.com and by telephone, how it is used, and what choices you have. By using this website or calling the numbers published on it, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
San Antonio Plumber Pros is a plumbing referral service located at 11549 Old Perrin Beitel Rd, San Antonio, TX 78217. We are not a plumbing contractor. We connect callers with independent plumbing professionals.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us by phone. When you call, you may provide your name, telephone number, service address, and a description of your plumbing issue.
- Information you send by email. Anything contained in a message you send to the published address.
- Call records. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes. Where recording occurs, you will be notified at the start of the call and may decline by ending the call.
- Technical information. Standard web server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time of visit.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website. No payment is taken on this site.
3. How we use it
- To connect your request with an independent plumbing professional covering your area.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and to resolve disputes.
4. Who we share it with
The core function of this service is sharing your request with an independent plumbing professional so they can contact you and perform work. That professional becomes an independent data controller of the information they receive, and their own privacy practices apply to it.
We may also share information with service providers who operate telephony, hosting or analytics on our behalf, and with authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money.
5. Calls, consent and marketing
By providing your telephone number, you consent to being contacted at that number about your request, including by an independent plumbing professional, and including by automated dialling or text message where you have separately agreed to it. Consent to marketing contact is not a condition of receiving a referral. You may withdraw consent at any time by telling us or the professional in writing, by replying STOP to a text message, or by emailing [email protected]. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses minimal cookies. Where analytics tools such as Google Analytics are enabled, they set cookies to measure aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; core site functions do not depend on them. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals in a standardised way.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of other states may have comparable rights. To make a request, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to identify your record. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-party links
This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the date at the top of this page will change.
